My Favorite Simple Syrup!

I have tried multiple types of syrups from FullMoonAK (they're all good) but Spruce Tip wins my #1. Probably because I like Gin a lot. Their "Spruce Tom Collins" recipe printed on the label is delicious - gin, lemon juice, Spruce Tip syrup, soda water. Winners winner chicken dinner! Thanks FullMoonAK.

The Full Moon Story

I started Full Moon on a whim in 2021, simply from a desire to make tasty, wholesome stuff and learn a thing or two about business. Little did I know how quickly my fun summer hobby would turn into something I could support myself with! I'm now a retired teacher and full time syrup slinger, making preservative-free, whole ingredient syrups and cocktail kits with two hands and a happy heart, from my kitchen to yours.
